Arrangements And Their Prices

Here are some fun cooler pieces I made.

This arrangement came to about 75 to 85 dollars.

Orange Wedding

This Wedding was a lot of fun to work on. My hands became really sticky very fast after slicing a bunch of oranges. We also had to add the oranges to the arrangements the day of the wedding set-up because if the oranges were left over night with the flowers, the flowers could die.

Here are some arrangements that I helped with.





I also got to help with "Tuxedo" ribboning some of the bouquets and even the bride's bouquet.

Lemon Wedding

This Wedding was fun to work on because we used lemons in the arrangements. Here is an example of some of the centerpieces that I helped arrange.

More Creativity

Here is an arrangement that I made using Daulias and Liatrus. I made the Laitrus bend to make it a little more eye-catching.



Here is a 75 dollar Topiary arrangement that I made for an order going to a mother who just had a baby girl.

Spicing Things Up

This day I also got tired of making every Topiary with a clay pot. Lucky for me, a customer wanted a different kind of container other than in a clay pot. So I made a really fun topiary with this purple container.

July 1st

This day, Mark let me make another Standby arrangement but this time I had to make it look different from the last one I made. This time, I wanted to be more creative and come up with something more unique. This is what I arranged.



On this same day, I made a Roundy Moundy using hanging ameranthus and curly willow.

Purple Wedding 3

This last Saturday I went on a set-up with Lindsay, another really experience designer. We had to set up in the afternnon and go all the way to Deer Valley which was about an hour drive. With this set-up, we had to do more than place the arrangements. I had to first, tie a ribbon around the chairs on the sides of the wedding isle to hold up the arrangements as shown below.



We also had to put the iron rides in the ground to hold the bigger arrangements where the ceremony was going to be held.

Here is the ring-bearers pillow made out of moss.


By the time we had set everything up, we still had to put the petals done the isle. The problem was, was that people were already there. It was a little embarrassing for me putting the petals on the ground when people were right there. I guess I was the “unofficial flower girl.”


The cake was my favorite part because Lindsay actually let me put some of the flowers in the cake. It was a little nerve racking knowing that I was putting holes in the cake but it turned out fine. I really liked it how Lindsay was teaching me through the whole process. She kept asking me my opinion about if the cake looked okay. She would quiz me by asking me, “Does the cake need anything else?” I was really glad that I went on this set with Lindsay.

Another Purple Wedding

With this wedding, I was able to help with making the centerpieces. These Roundy Moundies turned out to be exotic and elegant looking. These centerpieces were kind of tricky just because they were just really full.

Working with Color

On this day, we got an order for 100 dollars requesting that the arrangement was mostly purple with some yellow. Mark let me take care of this arrangement which was a little challenging because in the cooler we had tons of yellow and very little purple, but this is what I came up with.

Griding

Robert, once again managed the store Wednesday, and because he saw the design that I had made at the Main store using a grid. He let me make one of the Standing arrangements. Every Blooming Thing Standing arrangements are arrangements that we display at businesses for advertisement. Usually, because the arrangement is being advertised, Every Blooming Thing likes to make it look really showy and eye-catching. I was really excited to finally have the opportunity to get really creative and see what I could come up with. So I decided to make another grid by using Curly Willow.

Because this particular arrangement was going to GoodWood Barbeque, I made the arrangement look really organic and rustic looking by using Sunflowers and moss.
