Finally we started loading the arrangements in the vans around 9:30. I took my car and followed the delivery van. When we arrived at the Grand America we started loading up the arrangements onto this cart.
Before we could place the arrangements on the tables, we first had to dry the containers and put ribbon on some of the centerpieces. There were five different centerpieces which made it a little tricky when placing them on the table by making sure one of the same arrangements were not next to each other.
After placing the arrangements, this is what the final result was.
